The CSA share
Fall CSA enrollment is here! Our 2019 Fall CSA will be 8 weeks, beginning the week of Sept. 30th and ending the week of November 18th. Our USDA Organic produce share is $160 ($20/week) and includes seasonal varieties of organically grown vegetables. You also have the option of choosing the extra produce share, featuring more varieties and quantities of produce! The extra share is $240 ($30/week). Additionally, pasture-raised eggs and farm-raised pork (not certified organic) are available. Add eggs for an additional $40 ($5/week), and add pork for an additional $120 ($40/month). Pork will be delivered at the first pick-up of each month (May, June, and July, three total pickups). Extra pork and eggs also sold on-farm. Deposits are $50 (see below).

What can you expect in this year’s CSA?? Here we go! Lettuces, arugula, radish, turnips, asian greens, Napa Cabbage, bok choi, turnip and mustard greens, chard, kohlrabi, collards, green beans, okra, sweet potatoes, acorn squash, and more!

- Wednesdays, Trailhead Beer Market, 4.30-5.30p
- Thursdays, Three Rivers Market (1100 N. Central St., Knoxville, TN 37917), 4.30-5.30p
CSA members choose one pick-up location for the duration of the CSA term.
