We’re proud to offer the best quality, locally raised pork in the Knoxville area. All of our pork is USDA inspected and vacuum sealed. Although pricing can fluctuate, these are our most current pricing options.
Whole Hog – $5.99/lb
Whole hog typically yields between 120-150 lbs of meat, depending on the weight of the hog and cuts chosen. Customers can choose their cuts and cuts sizing (e.g., 1″ pork chops or 1.5″pork chops). Whole hog orders offer the most variety of cuts, with two shoulders, hams and loins to work with.
Half/Quarter Hog – $6.25/lb
Half hog typically yields between 60 -75 lbs of meat, quarter hog 30-45 lbs of meat. Cuts selection is more limited with half and quarter hog, but does work better for limited freezer space.
Individual Cuts – market price
While we strive to keep our pork pricing as competitive as possible, it’s a challenge to grow a premium product as fuel and feed costs continue to rise. To help bridge the gap, we do offer bulk pricing for ground cuts (sausage and ground pork). For individual cuts pricing is as follows.
